Just as in private life disagreements and disputes take place in the business world every day. As a trained mediator (MAB Berlin), I provide assistance in developing a strategy that suits all parties to the conflict. Mediation provides a structured process to constructively resolve a dispute in which an independent third party – the mediator - accompanies parties in their solution process. The mediator assists parties in reaching a common solution and agreement that takes account of the needs and interests of all parties involved.
